Winner of Pasadena Beautiful Chairman’s Award in 1989 and the Pasadena Chamber’s Outstanding Business in Water Conservation in 1990, this building is leased by Pacific Oaks College, and a dance studio leased by Le Studio. The site is beautifully landscaped with thick California drought tolerant landscaping and features spacious patios.
Moseley Company used this development to work closely with neighbors and the City of Pasadena in the area known as the Lincoln Triangle in the late 1980s. This partnership’s efforts successfully ridded the area of drugs, prostitution and gang influences. Today, the neighborhood is a stable, desirable area for residents and businesses alike.
