55,000 SF contemporary office building constructed in 1988 and maintained meticulously since that time. The building has not had a vacancy since its construction. It is currently leased by California Institute of Technology for activities of Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

This project transitioned the area from unsightly, poorly maintained light industrial uses to office and technology uses for Jet Propulsion Laboratory and its subcontractors.
