Completely renovated 27,000 SF light industrial/warehouse building (after Flintridge Foundation purchased in 1994) and adapted it to office and retail uses for up to 20 tenants. The exterior renovation, featuring desert colors and plentiful drought-tolerant landscaping, was recognized with a Pasadena Beautiful award in 1994.

This facility meets an important need for high-quality office space in Northwest Pasadena, with suites as small as 500 SF for community entrepreneurs and suites of varying sizes for a host of businesses and nonprofit organizations. Current tenants include the City’s Northwest Programs; Law Offices of Alfred F. Moses; Williams Law Group; Okazaki Law Offices; Law Office of Pamela DeCatur; Law Offices of Ray Newman; Johnathan Epps & Associates (insurance); Lin & Lin (software); Working Faith (nonprofit); Goldstar (tickets for events); HCA Partners (architects); Focus Chiropractic; Le Studio (Pilate studio); and Fantastic Hair. A special feature of the facility is the Flintridge Retreat Center, consisting of two large meeting rooms that accommodate up to 50 people each, which are made available at no charge to neighborhood and nonprofit groups that serve Northwest Pasadena and Altadena.
