Office building at the NW corner of Lincoln Avenue and Seco Street, featuring contemporary California architecture and thick, beautiful drought-tolerant landscaping. Constructed in 1995.
Moseley Company competed in an RFP process for the honor of developing this key Lincoln Avenue Project Area redevelopment site. The development replaced an abandoned gas station and spurred revitalization in the area. The new 15,000 SF office building houses the J. L. Moseley Company, Flintridge Foundation’s nonprofit library and administrative offices, and PBWS Architects.
